Star Property Group is an end-to-end property solutions company.
Co-founded in 2013, our journey began with purchasing investment properties, starting with buy to lets and quickly moving on to HMOs, blocks of flats, title splits, commercial and mixed-use properties and, most recently, large commercial to residential conversions.
Since Star Property was established, we have seen exponential growth. We have worked hard to diversify our investment areas and service offerings for clients, and we now operate across six countries. While our primary focus is England and Ireland, we also work in Scotland, Isle of Man, Montenegro and Tel Aviv.
Our portfolio growth has accelerated in recent years thanks to thriving group profits and continued operational excellence. Between January 2021 and April 2022 alone, we grew our portfolio by over £35m, with our total currently sitting over £100m. Our biggest acquisition to date is £13m.
Due to our scale, Star Property has successfully established and built a group of profitable businesses. Starting with Star Law in 2019, we quickly realised the additional benefits we could offer clients through having our own in-house expertise and services, which led us to form Star Insurance, Star Construction and Maintenance, Star Community Housing and Star Mortgages.
Together with our ever-growing team of industry experts, these businesses form the pillars that support Star Property Group and our clients’ investments, providing industry-leading bespoke knowledge and end-to-end services.
