Compliance and health and safety management are at the centre of everything we do. We have thorough procedures in place to ensure 100% compliance in all safety matters, including EPC, gas safety, electrical installation condition reports, fire risk assessments, Legionella and valid insurances.
Star Property Management has an in-house domestic EPC assessor to provide certification and recommend improvements where needed. For our commercial clients, we utilise the services of trusted partners. We also organise PAT testing and certification, and carry out Legionella risk assessments when required to guarantee water standards in our buildings.
